What are your prices? Why aren't they available here?
Our products fall in two categories - standard and made to order. Our standard pricing and minimum order pieces have been indicated in the product features of each cake/cupcake and in our ORDER page. Made to order products are catered to your individual taste, party size and product specifications which wll require a change in size, ingredients, process, delivery and or packaging. For these reasons your final cake/cupcake order will reflect these changes in the price. We guarantee that we try to make it as low cost as possible as like you, we want value for money.

Why is there a minimum quantity order? Why can't I order a few pieces?
We are an online site and do not have a shop front. All our products are made on demand and do not keep a running inventory as in most shops. We apologise if we are not able to sell you on a per piece basis. Minimum quantity orders on the other hand are necessary to ensure that we are able to keep our costs (ingredients and overheads) as low as possible. Most recipe will produce X amount of cupcakes/slices/cookies etc. and can be adjusted only to a certain degree. We have already pre-estimated how many a batch of "batter" will produce and have based our minimum orders from these. We also dislike waste. We make sure that what you pay for all go into the making of your order and not wasted.

We have specific needs ie. Diabetic, Allergies, etc
Cups 'n Cakes with Yazie originally started due to two main things: To provide low cost good quality baked goods, and to cater to specific dietary needs. I have three children who have various allergies and had a hard time sourcing cakes/cupcakes that will be "safe" for them to eat. We are happy to inform you that we are equipped both in process and knowledge to deal with allergies and diabetes. We constantly spend a lot of time on research to ensure that what we give you will not harm you and allow you to enjoy your special day/celebrations without worry.

Can I bring my own picture for a cake/cupcake design?
Yes! We would love your ideas! Most of the cakes on this site are in colaboration with our clients. Just keep in mind that some designs may not be suited to the cake/cupcake you have chosen and therefore may need to be adjusted.

Do you deliver?

We encourage pick up of your orders however understand that you may be nervous about transporting your cakes/cupcakes. We will endeavour to deliver to your area at a reasonable cost.
